Devalin's Pouty Face

I really sort of gave up on this. I started with a sketch I liked, but after I shaded it, his eyes just didn't look like HIM, and after redrawing them about six times and nearly erasing through the paper, I didn't want to look at it anymore. I didn't even bother to finish shading the lower half of his outfit. <<
